Hi.

This isn't a how-to. I'm not a pinterest mom. I'm a firm believer in faking it 'til you make it. This is for all the millennials out there who secretly have no idea what they're doing. I'm looking at you, millennial caregivers. 

A New Year

I know I haven't updated in a minute, but I think that's a good thing. We've been too busy just living semi-normal lives. S and I have both been busy with work. My mom is doing relatively well. She obviously has her moments, still refuses to acknowledge any symptoms of HD, and refuses to go see a doctor, but otherwise, she's living day by day relatively happy. 

I've learned to expect manic phone calls and, since I've taken over financial responsibilities, there are fewer things that fall between the cracks.  We are adapting. But it still sucks.  :)
